WWG is a U.S. based technology provider specializing in Waste Recovery solutions designed to unleash innovative energy on a global scale
WWG’s closed-loop system (without - emissions of hazardous substances), is engineered for continuous operation and is positioned to help businesses and communities transform waste into revenue while supporting greener, more sustainable energy production
WWG is a US-based company specializing in proprietary continuous NETZERO non-oxidative thermal decomposition technology designed to convert end-of-life tires, plastics, and biomass into valuable products such as biofuels, renewable chemicals, recovered carbon black, syngas, and other marketable offtake products
WWG’s process relies on high-temperature slow thermal decomposition in the absence of oxygen, which is characteristic of patented innovation — this method breaks down complex hydrocarbon chains in waste materials—like tires, plastics, and biomass—into simpler, usable compounds such as oils, syngas, and carbon black with ZERO emissions
100% financing programs available —debt serviced through established offtake and revenue share programs—WWG’s approach aligns with broader industry trends toward W2E and circular economy solutions, aiming to reduce landfill dependency, generate revenue from waste stream offtake, and contribute to environmental sustainability
Roughly 1.8 to 2.5 billion tires are manufactured annually worldwide, with a similar number of end-of-life tires (ELTs) generated each year
The United States (US) generates about 280 million scrap tires each year - approximately 80% of the ELT are recycled or reclaimed
Tire Derived Fuel (TDF) accounts for 43-50% of scrap tire usage, burned for energy in cement kilns, power plants, and paper mills
While recycling rates are high, the generation of ELT continues to outpace new market development, highlighting the need for ongoing innovation and collaboration to achieve full circularity
The world generated roughly 300 million tons of plastic waste annually - the global plastic recycling rate remains stagnant at 9%
The vast majority of plastic waste is either landfilled (40%), incinerated (34%), or leaked into the environment or dumped
The US generates more plastic waste than any other nation both in total and per capita - sadly, the US plastic recycling rate is about 5%, among the lowest for developed countries
The integration of new technologies and increased investment in recycling infrastructure are highlighted as essential for improving rates and creating a more circular economy
Globally, the percentage of biowaste (organic waste generated from animals, food, or plants) that is recycled remains relatively low at 7%, with only a handful of countries achieving high organic waste recycling rates
The US generates 30 million tons of poultry waste and 40 million tons of cow waste annually. Recycling of poultry and cow waste helps reduce synthetic fertilizer needs, supports soil health, and lowers environmental impact
Biomass recycling is a rapidly growing sector, especially in the US with significant investment and innovation driving the market toward greater sustainability and energy production
Thermal decomposition includes, modular units with automated rotary manipulator, set of fuel cells (batch system), gas storage, control unit with remote system monitoring, biofuel and biogas co-generation units
Our certified high-valued offtake products attract production tax credits, carbon credits, and carbon offsets removal credits as global demand increases for circular products and environmentally conscientious manufacturing to address increasing waste
Our certified product generation includes high quality oil, gas fraction, bio-fuels, recovered carbon black (rCB), biochar, and steel wire
Biofuel Oil, can be sold as fuel oil, heavy equipment, off-road diesels, diesel blending, bunker oil, low-carbon biofuel, hydrogen, or used as a feedstock to crude blending
Oil Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Dual, bio-fuel is a dark, viscous liquid produced by rapidly heating organic material—such as biomass, plastics, or tires—in the absence of oxygen, a process known as thermal decomposition - the typical temperature ranges between 300-550 C, generating higher aromatics fuel compounds ideal for blending advanced fuels into multiple products
Recovered Carbon Black (rCB) is a fine black powder composed primarily of elemental carbon, produced by WWG's thermal decomposition of hydrocarbon from tires designed to significantly strengthen rubber and plastic products like tires, belts, hoses, and industrial containers where durability and longevity are crucial - WWG's rCB averages an industry leading 90–96% LTTE, which is rated excellent for high performance applications
Renewable chemicals (more commonly called biofuels) are ultra low-carbon energy sources with higher aromatic fuel compounds derived from organic materials. These fuels are produced by converting tires, plastics, and biomass into liquid, gaseous, or solid fuels that can be used for transportation (marine, road, heavy equipment), heating, and electricity generation
Metal is collected from the steel belts used in tire production - steel is one of the most recyclable materials, and recycled steel belts help close the loop by reducing energy consumption compared to producing new steel from iron ore
Biochar is a stable, carbon-rich material made by WWG heating organic biomass (like wood, crop residues, or manure) at high temperatures in a low-oxygen environment. Biochar is unique because it ties together waste management, renewable energy, agriculture, and climate solutions. It locks carbon in a solid form (instead of releasing it as CO₂ or methane), improves soil productivity, and can even be produced alongside renewable energy (syngas and bio-oil from pyrolysis)
